Recent Projects

Advising a $1B multinational organization on U.S. stakeholder and federal agency relations strategy for outreach and engagement on key public policy issues. Deliverables include power mapping, political analysis, policy identification, legislative monitoring and analysis, and reports and materials to influence key stakeholders in meetings and via public-facing communications.

Developing and directing a participatory policymaking process and convenings to promote and implement a program that empowered 100+ citizen voices across 17 stakeholder categories to meaningfully engage in creating drug pricing policy.

Building knowledge and understanding of the intersection between U.S. patent law and healthcare and prescription medicines pricing policy, motivating civil society organizations to add patent reform as a target legislative issue for advocacy.

Managing multi-modal communications and compliance efforts for local, state, and federal campaigns, including U.S. House, Senate, and Presidential races, ensuring strategic messaging and regulatory adherence.

Promoting key new legislation after the publication of a white paper in partnership with a top-tier academic institution that served as the data and technical foundation for policy issue advocacy on transparency in clinical trials.

Providing strategic planning and stakeholder outreach guidance to an entrepreneurial team in East Africa developing a cost-effective, user-centered augmented reality (AR) tool for secondary school chemistry education. The project harnesses the power of AR to transform traditional teaching methods, addressing educational challenges and enhancing learning experiences for students in Sub-Saharan Africa.
